Reading this quote really helped me during one of the many times i heard about yet another mass shooting tragedy... Frankly, i don't understand why it seems that folk need to feel like they need a gun to protect themselves... i feel they are choosing fear instead of love... because you can't have both - you either choose fear or you choose love... 

And, it's during these times of immense loss and fear, when we need each other the most...

One of the biggest things life has taught me is that i have choice in any given moment and that empowers me to choose love instead of fear!

@ Steemit - We're All Connected...

I just learned about steemit and i'm very excited to be a part of the steemit community... it's very cool to be a part of a new social media site that rewards it's members...where the great content that is shared actually gets recognized... and, from what i've seen so far we're supporting one another by creating + sharing quality content...

I joined steemit on april 25th and was approved on may 9th - so, it took 2 weeks...

I'm just a newbie - tho very much looking forward to adding my creative work on this blockchain social media site... and... i was inspired to create one of my 'holy doodle' t-shirt designs to celebrate... enjoy!
